Turn Your Bedroom Into A Sleepers Paradise With These 4 Gadgets

How many times do you hear people complaining about their sleeping patters? There's a good chance you are the exact same. Some find it very hard to go to sleep at night, while some find it impossible to get up. If you're really unlucky you might suffer from both. It gets annoying when you go into work every day feeling like crap. Surely there must be a way to get on top of our sleeping habits, right?
And there is. You need to improve your bedroom by adding special gadgets that will help you get to sleep, get up early, and stop waking up in the middle of the night. It seems like it can't be true, but technology has come on leaps and bounds. It's not a case of being lucky. With these gadgets your nights are about to get a whole lot more relaxing.

A truly unique alarm clock

As soon as your alarm clock goes off in the morning your arm swings out and you hit the snooze button as quickly as possible. If you are lucky it will only be the one time, but it's more likely you leave it until the last minute until you wake up. That's where Clocky comes in. Clocky is an alarm clock with its own set of wheels. Once the alarm goes off in the morning, Clocky will start rolling around the room and you'll need to get up to switch him off.

Sleep Cycle for the iPhone

The technology in this iPhone app is definitely a step in the right direction, but I don't think it will help much for people who need to get up at a certain time. Everyone sleeps in different stages. When you are in deep sleep and you wake up you'll usually feel groggy and tired. Sleep Cycle lies on your mattress and senses movement so it knows when you are out of a deep sleep, then it will wake you up.

A refreshing place to lay your head

When you jump into bed at night and lie down, it always feels nice and cool when you put your head on the pillow. That all changes during the night. It gets warm and uncomfortable. Sometimes it will wake you up, but not if you have a Chillow pillow. You slip it inside your pillow case and it will keep the top of your pillow nice and cool during the night so you're always comfortable.

Install a light timer

No wonder you don't want to get out of bed in the morning if it's still nice and dark. It gives us an excuse to stay in bed. That will all change if you install a light timer, because it will turn your lights on a few minutes before you get up in the morning and your conscious mind will switch on a lot easier. Once you're fully awake it's much easier to jump out of bed. If you want a way to do this without using a gadget you can just train your dog to jump on top of you.
